I joined Recruitment Solutions after finishing my undergraduate in Marketing, and lots of experience in hospitality; and working here has been the ideal opportunity to bridge together my study and experience, with my personal traits and characteristics.
On top of this, I love the chance to meet, speak to, understand and impact businesses and candidates job-searching throughout the area I have grown up in.
As a 360 degree recruitment consultant, I take a proactive approach to finding opportunities for candidates based not just on their CV but their skills, career interests, motivations and ambitions; and conversely, for client’s who’s role I am recruiting, I am proactive in mobilising candidate shortlists that closely fulfil their needs.
