Prior to Recruitment Solutions, my background was sales and marketing. Working in for a central London Advertising Agency, I thrived on the pace and energy of the environment. Then moving into a sales management position for a national marketing/communications agency, I continued to enjoy working to targets, providing service to clients and understanding and helping their business needs. 

I grew up and have always lived in the area, and desiring a career change I met with Shauna in the Sevenoaks office in early 2019. Immediately, I was captured by her infectious warmth, passion and talent, and after meeting the rest of the team, knew that recruitment would be right up my street!

A year on, I am proud to say that it has been both a successful and enjoyable transition. I love the opportunity to change lives and to guide and support clients through their exciting times- recruiting! I truly care about people, and recruitment offers me the chance to help candidates achieve things they may never have on their own. Equally, the delight that we bring to clients in finding their missing jigsaw piece is unmatched in anything I have experienced previously. I enjoy every minute!

Away from the office- I am very family orientated and love to spend as much time visiting/going away with my family. I am also keen on yoga, mindfulness and personal development.
