Join a fast-growing, forward-thinking business that is expanding rapidly. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive to contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing all inbound sales enquiries while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires a confident communicator with a strong ability to build relationships, generate leads, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls, emails and live chat from potential and existing clients, providing information about our services and addressing inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate new business leads.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Contacting potential new clients using phone and email to gauge interest and plan meetings
• Prepare client presentations and materials using PowerPoint
• Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients using phone, email and in-person meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for business growth.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
About you:
• Proven experience in a business development or sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to work shift work
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of CRM system BigChange/Job Watch would be beneficial.
• Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
