Busy & Varied Role- Managing existing customer contracts to maximum satisfaction including;-

Day-to-day you will work on existing customer contracts, playing a key role in the planning and management of in-house engineers; including:-
- Receiving customer enquiries,
- Creating, logging and prioritising jobs,
- Allocating engineers, managing diaries and creating engineer schedules;
- Creating quotes;
- Placing parts/equipment orders from suppliers;
- Creating invoices, making payments and producing reports.

Mon – Fri 37,5 hrs + optional paid over time

£28-32000
