Busy and varied duties - Day-to-day you will manage full end-to-end recruitment processes

Duties might range:-

• Sales and business development through telesales, meetings, events and more
• Account management – managing and developing existing clients
• Service Delivery – providing outstanding customer service levels to clients and candidates
• Marketing and candidate attraction – producing content for adverts
• Qualifying candidates for vacancies, pitching roles and building relationships
• Organising interviews, conducting briefings, negotiating feedback and offers

Full training provided – could suit experiences from other sectors

This role suits someone who enjoys being busy, working towards goals and has a love for people!

£24-28,000 + bonus/commission (monthly!) - £35-40,000 OTE year 1; £45-50,000 year 2
