Description
Our client, a dynamic and thriving business based in Medway, is on the hunt for an Operations Administrator to support their growing team. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations through outstanding administrative support and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by managing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinate and maintain accurate records of operational activities, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Support the management team with general administration, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining systems.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient communication and seamless workflow.
- Assist in streamlining processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in administration and customer service, with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with great attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive and resourceful attitude, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Friendly and approachable, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
