Expanding a busy administrative team, this company are a leading specialist manufacturer supplying to key industry projects nationally, looking for someone to join on a permanent basis. As part of the role, full industry training will be provided, and you will work as part of an experienced, welcoming team environment to help coordinate the quotation and sale process for existing regular clients.
This would be a great role for someone looking for a position that focuses on administrative duties, rather than high volume telephone work; and equally, someone who enjoys working with a high level of attention to detail, on projects and to deadlines, and applying a problem solving skillset.
Salary - £24-27000

Day to day, following full training, you will be responsible for:-
- Enquiries – receiving sales enquiries via email and internal systems, identifying project requirements and timeframes
- Supplier Liaison – agreeing availability, costing and lead times from pre existing suppliers; liaising with new suppliers if needed
- Quote / Estimate Documents – producing and issuing documents to clients
- Order Processing
- Organising deliveries/installation, and supporting after sales care.
