Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Organising and compiling essential documents
- Preparing welcome packs for new clients
- Drafting reports and documentation
- Issuing and uploading invoices
- Inputting information into internal systems
- Managing emails and scanning documents
- Assisting with client onboarding
- Providing administrative support to various departments
- Handling additional administrative tasks as required
