A well-established, highly recommended and expanding Sales & Lettings Agent, based just outside of Hastings, is seeking their newest member of the team! They're on the lookout for someone that can manage the day-to-day financials and not be afraid to get stuck in with some legal compliance and even handle some leaseholder enquiries too!
They're super friendly, very welcoming and easy to get on with!
Some financial responsibilities include: invoice processing, reconciliations and managing the payments (including service charges); whilst supporting budgeting, forecasting and reporting of management accounts.
Some compliance responsibilities include: the preparation of statutory records for Companies House, assisting with completion of legal forms & documents for property transfers and liaising with solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
The successful candidate would have strong experience within a finance or secretarial role in property, ideally exposed to Block Management and its legislations.
Working hours can be flexible to suit your needs!
