Bookkeeper/Administrator, Sevenoaks - £30,000 - £40,000
We are currently looking for an organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our clients team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is capable of managing both financial tasks and administrative duties with precision.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Invoicing
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Assisting with incoming phone calls and enquiries
- Support with booking engineer and surveyor visits
- Dealing with customer complaints & invoice queries
- Preparing payments
- Bank reconciliation
- Credit card statements
- Monthly maintenance runs
- VAT returns
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experienced in invoicing
- Good IT skills - knowledge of Sage 50
Monday to Friday (Full time)
