Company Overview:
My client, a vibrant and growing company, is seeking a dedicated and organized part-time Office Administrator to support various departments within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide full administrative support to different teams
· Manage the main telephone switchboard and handle incoming calls
· Meet and greet clients and visitors
· Oversee bookkeeping, credit control, and invoicing
· Manage office supplies, deliveries, and post
· Maintain general housekeeping tasks
Ideal Candidate:
· Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills
· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Knowledge of Sage is desired
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Proactive, well-presented, and customer-facing
· Flexible and able to use own initiative
Requirements:
· At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience (required)
· A driving license and access to your own car (required)
