Litigation Solicitor, Tunbridge Wells - £DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced Litigation Solicitor.
My client is a well-established and respected law firm based in Tunbridge Wells, specialising in a broad range of legal services. The team is committed to providing high-quality legal advice and exceptional client care. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic team.
As a Civil Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload, providing expert advice and representation to clients in matters including contract disputes, property disputes, professional negligence, and other civil litigation issues. You will play a key role in resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, and, when necessary, representing clients in court.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters from inception to conclusion.
- Provide expert legal advice on a range of disputes, including contractual, property, debt recovery, and professional negligence.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in court, at mediation, and in negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear, practical, and strategic advice.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated with current civil litigation laws and precedents.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in other departments to provide holistic legal solutions.
About You : -
- Qualified Solicitor with 3 years of PQE, desirable
- Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and case management.
- Proven experience in handling a varied caseload independently.
- Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Strong client care and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
