Role Overview:
As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting internal audits and maintaining robust document control processes. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring all compliance documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and readily accessible, as well as assisting with audit preparations and follow-up actions.
Responsibilities
- Document Control: Manage and maintain all compliance-related documentation, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and organised for easy access.
- Audit Support: Assist in the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of internal audits, ensuring all documentation and records are complete and compliant.
- Compliance Monitoring: Regularly review and update compliance records and reports, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Liaison: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all necessary compliance documents are submitted, reviewed, and approved in a timely manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in compliance processes and document control, and work with the team to implement effective solutions.
- Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks related to compliance and audits, including data entry, responding to emails, and processing necessary paperwork promptly and accurately.
Experience Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenge
