Key Responsibilities: -
- Coordinate with couriers to arrange timely deliveries and collections.
- Handle document management tasks, including scanning, photocopying, and filing.
- Provide essential support to the sales administration team as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage meeting room bookings and arrangements.
- Maintain office equipment and ensure it's in top condition.
- Process supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee customer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Cover reception duties, including handling incoming calls and greeting visitors.
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post.
- Prepare and send samples to clients promptly.
- Process orders efficiently and assist with credit control, including card payments.
- Keep office supplies stocked, including stationery and refreshments.
The ideal candidate will possess: -
- Proven experience in sales order processing and invoicing.
- Strong skills in customer account management.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous logistics experience (a distinct advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
