Rare, senior level role joining a highly successful company with a diverse commercial / hospitality linked site portfolio throughout the UK.

Diverse strategic and hands-on duties; leading the delivery of planning work across development and redevelopment projects

Encompassing responsibilities of: preparation and submission of appraisals, applications and statements; managing / resolving reviews; delivery of strategic advice to business units on planning related matters; attending sites (in the UK); conducting internal and external meetings to ensure maximum success of development/redevelopment opportunity.
