Duties will include telephone, email and video communication with customers, receiving product queries and explaining technical information; placing and processing orders; organising logistics and delivery; investigating issues such as order fulfilment; liaising with suppliers.

Monday-Friday 37,5 hrs

Any experience to be considered!! Perhaps you have working experience in an office, retail or hospitality; or have recently finished education… this position could suit you. Applicants must have business-fluency in Italian and should be based within reasonable commute to Tunbridge Wells by train bus or car
