This is a brand new vacancy, joining the growing Tunbridge Wells Head Office of a thriving recruitment company.

Trading as leaders in their marketplace, this company have been established >30 years and have an outstanding reputation.  

Expanding their team, this is a newly-created opportunity, both with full industry training and scope for ongoing career progression – to Director level.

Day-to-day you will manage start-to-finish recruitment processes for new and existing clients; applying a varied skillset covering sales, account management, customer service, administration, marketing and more, to achieve goals and deliver an outstanding level of service to clients and candidates.

You will work alongside a collaborative and supportive team; and work with / learn from established industry leaders

Central Tunbridge Wells office location – accessible easily by train, bus and car

Uncapped earning opportunity – Salary £26000 + OTE = £40-45000 year 1; £45-50,000 year 2

Top achievers have earned >£60,000 in their first year!

Mon-Fri 37,5 hrs
