Based from central Tunbridge Wells offices, in this role you would join a small, growing, high-performing team
Day-to-day you will work closely with established industry specialists, learning to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and growing in responsibility over time.
Duties might range:-
- Resourcing and marketing; creating job advertisements, social media posts and website content to market vacancies
- Candidate liaison; screening CVs; calling, meeting and qualifying candidates
- Shortlisting candidates for active vacancies;
- Client liaison; sales and account management to build, develop and expand relationships;
- Customer service; query handling, coordinating interviews;
- Administration; logging information, using systems
Mon-Fri 37,5 hrs – great route out of weekend working?
Salary - £24-26000 + bonus = realistic on target earnings - £30-5k year 1; £45k year 2
