Locations: Margate or Canterbury – Full or Part-Time
Are you a skilled solicitor or chartered legal executive with experience in dispute resolution?
My client, a highly respected and well-established firm, is currently looking for an experienced lawyer to join their dynamic dispute resolution team. With a reputation for excellence, they are seeking a candidate with at least three years of post-qualification experience to work in either their Margate or Canterbury offices. The role will involve working on a diverse range of disputes, including:
- Property law (landlord and tenant matters)
- Employment law
- Probate and will disputes
- Contractual disputes
- Boundary disputes
- General commercial litigation
As part of this role, you’ll be handling a varied caseload, representing clients in all stages of litigation, from pre-action correspondence to attending hearings. The ideal candidate will be experienced in drafting court documents, witness statements, and managing complex legal matters with confidence.

- A minimum of three years' post-qualification experience in dispute resolution
