Admin Assistant, Sevenoaks
6-Month temporary contract – Immediate Start!

My client, a friendly and reputable company in the heart of Sevenoaks, are urgently seeking an experienced Administrator to support their dynamic team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Typing and formatting documents in Microsoft Word
• Answering and redirecting calls with a professional and welcoming approach
• Welcoming guests and arranging refreshments for meetings
• Ordering printing and stationery supplies
• Logging and distributing incoming post
• General office support – printing, filing, photocopying
• Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and online submissions
About you:
• A keen eye for detail – accuracy is key!
• Strong keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently
